Nick has a business development and marketing background, starting his career as a graduate trainee for a major UK retailer in 1984. He moved into a Marketing Manager position at London Weekend Television. Nick then moved to Carat, the largest media-buying agency in Europe, as their Director of Business Development. After several years Nick had a change of career and became the Managing Director of BJM, one of the UK’s largest Market Research agencies. A chance visit to Perth led to a life changing decision to move his family to Perth where Nick became the General Manager of Beilby WA and a Board Director. Since then Nick has immersed himself into all aspects of the recruitment business but with particular relevance to Mining.

He has a focus on conducting executive search and selection within the industrial, engineering, mining and resources utilities and infrastructure and manufacturing and wholesale industry sectors. Stuart has an outstanding track record in conducting senior search assignments throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. His seven years experience at Beilby includes the search and selection of positions at Managing Director, Country Manager, CEO, CFO, Head of Business Finance, General Manager Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Group General Manager, Director Marketing, Director Operations, Technology Director an Vice President Sales and Marketing. Stuart’s qualifications include; a Masters of Management (Marketing) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.

Denise's career in human resources commenced in 1990 in the UK.
