How does Beilby's selection process work?

As soon as you approach Beilby about a position, you will be expected to participate in a very thorough selection process. The time you spend is an important investment in your future and will help to ensure a quality outcome for both yourself and your prospective employer.

After your initial interview with Beilby, you may be shortlisted for a position. If so, you will be required to undertake a series of objective assessments to evaluate your personal qualities. This will help to determine how well you are likely to fit into the role and the unique culture of the organisation you wish to join.

At the end of the process, your personal test results will be made available to you, at no cost, regardless of whether or not you are the successful candidate.

How should I prepare for an employer interview?

What should I do after an interview?

After attending an interview with one of our clients, please immediately contact your Beilby consultant to discuss your experience. Following comprehensive reference checking, and any additional interviews, a successful applicant will be chosen. All unsuccessful candidates will then be advised by Beilby of the final decision.
