Applying for a position
Welcome to The Beilby Employment Network (BEN).
If you haven't previously registered in BEN, click here to register to create your own profile in BEN and follow the simple process.
To apply for a position with Beilby
- You should locate the particular position you are interested in by entering the reference number if it is known to you or by searching the Jobs database to locate a position of interest and click the apply for this job link displayed in on-line job advert.
- All current applications that you have made to Beilby that are still receiving consideration will be listed at the Applications link on the toolbar within your own profile, which will allow you check if your application has been completed successfully.
- You will automatically receive acknowledgement by e-mail to the address provided within 24 hours of applying. If you do not receive this e-mail it will signify you have not successfully completed the process and you will need to log back into BEN and complete your application.
Alternatively
If you have already added your details to BEN, simply click here to gain access to your online CV to amend it in any way or to apply for a current position. Then, enter the username and password you have created for yourself.
If you are unsure whether you have a record in BEN, click on Forgotten Password? and enter your usual email address and the system will respond with advice regarding whether it can locate your email address.

How to apply for an advertised position
When you are attracted to a Beilby advertised position, we suggest you discuss the opportunity further with the consultant nominated in the advertisement before applying on-line. Our consultants will appreciate your phone call and will provide you with additional information that will help you decide if you want to apply for the position.
They will also ask for further information about your experience, skills and expectations to determine if you are a potential short-list candidate. This initial telephone discussion will be treated in strict confidence and could accelerate your progress towards an interview. Alternatively, it could save you time and effort if the position is not suitable for you.
