About Navigator Resources Limited

Navigator Resources Limited intends to build value for shareholders by becoming a highly regarded and profitable gold producer with a pipeline of advanced projects to continue growth beyond its first producing mine.

The Company has recently taken a major step on the path to gold production with the purchase of the Bronzewing Gold Project and is now moving towards re-establishing production by March 2010 and quickly ramping up to annualised gold production of approximately 100,000oz.

Navigator’s other key projects are the Leonora Gold Project and the Cummins Range Rare Earth Project in the East Kimberley.  A Pre-Feasibility Study has been completed at Leonora and a trial mining program is due to commence in December 2009.  Resource estimates for this project total 750,000oz (12.4Mt at 1.9g/t).

Rare earth metals are used in high technology industrial applications and Navigator has recently completed an independent resource estimate and has commissioned a valuation report to assist in assessing strategic development options for the Cummins Range Project.

Bronzewing Gold Project

The Bronzewing Gold Project is located 83km northeast of Leinster and 800km northeast of Perth and comprises a global resource of 850,000oz (12.56Mt at 2.1g/t Au).  Infrastructure includes a 2.3Mtpa gold processing plant, airstrip, power station, workshops, offices and an assay laboratory.  There is also a 280 person accommodation village (ensuited rooms) with facilities such as dining room, wet mess, swimming pool, tennis, basketball and squash courts, golf driving range and gymnasium.

Navigator intends to implement a simple, low risk, open pit only mine plan at Bronzewing of the Central, Success and Cockburn pits and new developments at the Challenger South and the Corboys prospect, north of the main Bronzewing/McClure group of mines.

The current mine plan comprises a mix of Indicated and Inferred material which forms the basis of an initial five year mine life.  An early task is to convert Inferred material to Indicated status by investing approximately $0.5 million into drilling.  Refinements to the mine plan will continue as more information is generated.

Following an initial refurbishment and recommissioning phase, Navigator intends to operate a fly-in, fly-out workforce of approximately 180 people.  Flying time between Perth and the Bronzewing airstrip is approximately 1 hour, 40 minutes and the site will operate on a combination of 9 & 5 (days) and 2 & 1 (weeks) rosters.
