• An online assessment tool
• The individual is provided with feedback on the gaps in ratings
• Assessment is made against relevant job competencies, skills and performance
• Performance ratings are gathered on participants i.e. self ratings of performance plus ratings
from peers, colleagues, managers, direct supervisor, clients or customers.
